Dear Chloe 

I just wanted to say an enormous thank you for the most inspiring day yesterday.  To be in a room of such incredible women was such a privilege. Everyone was so supportive and energising. It was a room full of love, for each other and, by the end, for ourselves!  Geet and Erica were so wonderful, thought-provoking and I can report that, for someone who struggles to sleep (particularly after two weeks off and facing the return to the coalface), I slept from 9pm until 7am without waking up once! 

It was a big leap for me to come to a retreat on my own, but it was the most fabulous day. 

Thank you so much for your love, care and attention in arranging it.

General FAQ’s

  1. What should I bring?
    Just yourself! Everything you need for the day will be provided. Nourishing food and plenty of water / tea and coffee are also included, so you’ll be well looked after ( and definitely won’t go hungry!)

  2. What level of experience do I need?
    All levels are welcome, even if you have never done Yoga before, I will carefully guide you through. My teaching style is relaxed, inclusive and designed to meet you exactly where you are!

  3. I have an allergy, how do I let you know?
    Please email me in advance to: hello@yogachloe.uk
    To make sure I can accommodate you properly, it is best to let me know as soon as possible or a minimum of one week before the retreat day.

  4. Feeling nervous about your first retreat?
    That’s completely normal! I’ve been in the same position as you, and I decided to bring a friend to help ease my anxiety. You are most welcome to bring a friend, partner, family member along and maybe it will be a nice way to spend some quality time together.

  5. What should I wear?
    Wear something comfortable that you can move in and most importantly, something warm and snuggly if you’d like to wrap up for any meditation or slower sessions.
